EVEN minutes – 6 incline DB press

Accessory:

Lying Overhead Triceps Extension – 3×10

Dips – 3xmax reps with 90 seconds rest in between

WOD:

2 push-up

5 jump ropes

4 push-ups

10 jump ropes

Etc. for 8 minutes. GO HARD. No standing around.
